Englewood Area Tribute to Cancer Survivors

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENGLEWOOD COMMUNITY FOR 2015

One of the most touching and memorable moments for the EACF, is the début of the “Survivor” video staring some of Englewood’s own cancer warriors. The video was created under the direction of Robert Shainline owner of All About Englewood Florida, John Meade, from Premier Tees & Screen printing who came up with the idea and the Sunrise Rotary for paying for the production.

The Parade Of Lights was highlighted by the Placida Rotary float that represented cancer warriors past and present. The festivities’ got under way with Tammy Birdsong(Miss Kitty) kissing the first mullet and Eric Fogo (Marshall Dillon) kissing the second mullet.
The over all winner of the travelling trophy were Rotonda Women’s League.

Medical: Tarpon Coast Dental
Small Business: Real Bikes
Large Business: Key Agency
Civic Organization: Kiwanis Club of Englewwod / Cape Haze
Restaurants: Gulfview Grill
